A traction fluid comprising: (i) an ester or its derivative represented by the formula: wherein A' is an ester linkage of -COO- or -OOC-, n is an integer of from 1 to 14, R1 is selected from hydrogen and C1 to C8 alkyl radicals, and R2 is independently selected from hydrogen and C1 to C3 alkyl radicals; and (ii) from 0.1 to 95% by weight of a polymer selected from hydrocarbonic polymers and polyesters. |
