<p>The sealing membrane comprises a thermoplastic resin and a reinforcing system consisting of a mesh of glass fibres and a mesh of synthetic fibres, the reinforcing meshes being so selected that if the membrane is subjected to a progressive tensile load the tension applied at the moment of the rupture of the glass fibre mesh will as a maximum be equal to 90% of the tensile strength of the synthetic fibre mesh.</p> |
