PURPOSE:To provide a tablet employed as a functional food permitting to readily drink components effective on the maintenance and promotion of health by mixing finely pulverized charcoal with the components extracted from bamboo grass with stirring, granulating the mixture into a proper size and subsequently processing the granules into frosted tablets or capsuled tablets. CONSTITUTION:Charcoal finely pulverized into an average size of approximately 100mum and pharmaceutically active protoplasm components squeezed from the finely cut leaf and stem bodies of the bamboo grass or a liquid or powder prepared by extracted from leaves are homogeneously mixed in a prescribed ratio with stirring and granulated into a proper size, followed by processing the granules into frosted tablets or capsules. Mineral components contained in the fine powder are ingested and the cleaning activity and cell-activating activity of blood which are the pharmacological activities of the extract of bamboo grass are simultaneously exhibited sufficiently. |
