PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of communication by designating an area enabling incoming outgoing connection of a moving subscriber such as a caller, a called party or a 3rd party in a mobile communication system or the like so as to attain the communication service notifying the communication location. CONSTITUTION:When a fixed telephone set 10 of a general telephone network 1 designates an area 401 to a mobile communication terminal equipment 30 and makes dialing, the fixed telephone set 10 dials a telephone number of a mobile communication terminal equipment 30, a number of the service area 401 and a subscriber number of the fixed telephone set 10 in succession to a special number for the service. A home memory station 210 of a mobile communication network 2 reads resident zone location information of the mobile communication terminal equipment 30 registered in its memory section and when the information is coincident with that in the area 401, the station 210 applies routing to a mobile communication exchange 121 of the zone represented in the resident zone location information and the mobile communication exchange 121 applies usual incoming call connection processing. When the information is not coincident with that of the area 401, connection request information representing the connection to the fixed telephone set 10 when the mobile communication terminal equipment 30 reaches the designated area 401 is registered in the memory section automatically (by a program). |
