NEW MATERIAL:A peptide expressed by the formula or a salt of said peptide ((m) is H or acetyl; A is unsubstituted or L-Trp, etc.; B is L-Arg, etc.; C is Gly, etc.; D is L-Gln, etc.; E is L-Ser, etc.; F is Gly or L-Asp, etc.; G is unsubstituted or Gly; H is unsubstituted or L-Ser; I is unsubstituted or L-Glu; (n) is hydroxyl group or amide group). USE:Used as a reagent for an investigation of delayed hypersensitivity or as an antitumor drug. PREPARATION:For instance, a 4-(oxymethyl)phenylacetamide methyl resin, etc., is used as a solid phase carrier and alpha-amino-protected amino acid is bonded to the carrier from C-terminal of a peptide, in turn, to remove alpha-amino protecting group by a solid synthesizing method. Then, said process is repeated to synthesize a peptidyl resin, and the peptide is isolated from the resin and the protecting group is removed to afford the objective peptide expressed by the formula. |
