The subscriber 2a2 not registered as an important subscriber in a packet switching network 100 requires a call setting to the subscriber 2b and the subscriber 2b registers the subscriber 2a2 to be an important opposite subscriber in advance, an important link is set between the subscribers 2a2 and 2b and important communication desired by the called subscriber 2b is attained.</p> |
