PURPOSE:To leave the capacity of transistors as it is, and reduce the through current of output by taking the current feeding point of a Darlington-connected NPN transistor in a voltage feedback loop. CONSTITUTION:A device has transistors Q1-Q14, diodes D1, D2, resistors R1-R13, and a capacitor C1. The transistors Q5-Q7 and the diode D1 are of a voltage feedback circuit, and the transistors Q2-Q4 are of a bias circuit. In Darlington- connected PNP and NPN transistors for feeding base current to output transistors, the current feeding point of the NPN transistor is brought to the emitter of the transistor Q7 in a voltage feedback loop, from a power source. As a result, current can be also controlled at the same time as voltage feedback can be controlled, and the base current of the lower side output transistor Q13 in relation to output through current can be reduced. |
