A promoter consists of (a) at least one anionic surfactant together with at least one surfactant other than an anionic surfactant, and which contains nitrogen in the molecule; or (b) at least one anionic surfactant together with at least one non-ionic surfactant having no nitrogen in the molecule; or (c) at least one amphoteric and/or semipolar surfactant, together with at least one non-ionic surfactant containing nitrogen in the molecule; or (d) at least one amphoteric, nonionic, semi polar and/or cationic surfactant containing nitrogen, together with at least one non-ionic surfactant without nitrogen in the molecule; or (e) an amine oxide. |
