<p>PURPOSE:To execute the memory check at a high speed by setting successively data read out of a memory to a register. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with a memory 10, registers 20, 30, a comparator 40, a writing circuit 50, a reading circuit 60, a CPU 70, and a counter 80. Also, the same value as a count value of the counter 80 is stored in advance in the memory 10. Then, by synchronizing with a count output of the counter 80, a value of a store position in which the same value as the count value of the counter 80 is stored is read out of this memory 10, and this value and the count value of the counter 80 is compared and checked. In such a way, the memory 10 can be checked at a high speed and simply, without loading the CU 70, etc.</p> |
