PURPOSE:To surely shut off a fluid introducing pipe by introducing a shutoff tool which is made by installing a door body for opening and closing the opened part of an elastic annular body onto the annular body, into the fluid introducing pipe, elastically restoring the annular body, attaching the annular body inside the fluid introducing pipe and extending the door body and closing the opened port of the annular body by the door body. CONSTITUTION:A fluid introducing pipe P is shut off by a shut-off tool 4 introduced inside. As for the shutoff tool 4, a door body 4d which opens and closes the opened port of an elastic annular body 4b installed on an insertion/release operating tool 4a is installed on the annular body 4b. The shutoff tool 4 is introduced into the fluid introducing pipe P by elastically deforming the annular body 4b. The annular body 4b is elastically restored and attached on the inner surface of the fluid introducing pipe P, and the door body 4d is extended by an opening/closing operating door 4f, and the opened port of the annular body 4b is closed by the door body 4d, and the inside of the fluid introducing pipe P is shut off by the annular body 4b and the door body 4d. Accordingly, the shutoff tool can be easily introduced, and shut-off can be carried out easily and surely. |
