The slipper type protective shoe (13) is in the form of an over-shoe fastened by a belt and heel-clasp (8). The clasp (8) is joined to the leather upper (1) and/or the sole. The leather of the shoe's upper (1) is reinforced at least partially by an insert in the form of a steel or plastic toe-cap (3). The insert is inserted between the leather upper (1) and a lining (2). The shoe-sole comprises a tread sole (5) and an insole (4). The protective shoe (13) can be joined to a protective leggins by means of press-studs (11). ADVANTAGE - The protective shoe can be worn alternately by different people.
