PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency and the reliability on products by constituting it out of a material transforming gradually from piezoelectric ceramic quality to metallic quality toward one side from the other. CONSTITUTION:This is formed integrally using a material called functionally gradient material which transforms gradually from the piezoelectric ceramic quality on one side la to metallic quality on the other side 1b. Hereby, the necessity of sticking a piezoelectric ceramic plate and a metallic plate, made as separate member with each other, together vanishes, and as a result the bonding process, which has been necessary conventionally, can be omitted, and the labor and cost required for this can be curtailed to improve production efficiency. Moreover, since an adhesive is not used, the trouble due to this deterioration never occurs, and the reliability on the product can be sharply improved. |
