<p>PURPOSE:To improve color reproducibility and heat resistance by incorporating a high boiling solvent into a photosensitive agent layer and/or coupler-in- developer type developing soln. CONSTITUTION:The high boiling solvent is incorporated into the photosensitive agent layer and/or coupler-in-developer type developing soln. at the time of forming the dyestuff images corresponding to patterns by making coupler-in- developer type development processing. While the high boiling solvent (HBS) may be used in both of the photosensitive agent layer and the coupler-in- developer type developing soln., this solvent is most preferably used in the photosensitive agent layer. The HBS is esters, such as phthalate ester and phosphate ester, and ketones. The ratio of the blue density to the green density of picture elements transparent to blue light is lowered in this way and the color reproducibility is improved.</p> |
