PURPOSE:To prevent the reliability drop of a mounting equipment and the destruction of normal and cheap parts and to dispense with a sensor for detection of illumination deterioration by equipping it with a means which detects the foreign matter in the view of parts and the deterioration of illumination by the difference of illuminance information. CONSTITUTION:Since the image, which is taken in with the timing before the parts enter the view during mounting operation, is used, foreign matte, which has mixed in parts view input, can be detected before the recognition of parts is performed. Hereby, the reliability drop of a mounting equipment and the destruction of normal cheap parts can be prevented. Moreover, since the information to be compared is limited to the illuminance information on the plural straight lines on the image, it does not need processing time to interrupt mounting operation. Furthermore, since the illuminance information in normal illumination state is used for the original information to be compared, the deterioration of illumination can also be detected. Hereby, the sensor for detection of illumination deterioration can be made needless. |
