The alarm has at least one alarm element with a sensor, generating alarm signals under effect of the sensor response changes caused by an intruder. An evaluating circuit processes the supplied alarm signals, while at least one alarm generator is energised by the same. There is a pref. exchangeable electronic memory (S), storing dogs barking in digital values. On arrival of an alarm signal, the memory contents can be recalled and supplied to amplifiers (VI, VE) with a connected loudspeaker (LI, LE) each. Pref. an internal noise alarm (1a) is fitted with an adjustable response threshold. An internal interval alarm (1b) may be added for evaluation (A) of the supplied alarm signal. USE/ADVANTAGE - By suggesting danger of bodily harm, scares away would-be intruder without disturbing neighbours by alarm which could be falsely triggered.
