<p>PURPOSE:To perform a readout operation satisfactorily by performing the transmission of readout data by using a NOR circuit, not using a transfer gate transistor. CONSTITUTION:The transmission of the readout data is performed by using the NOR circuit 6, not via the transfer gate transistor. Therefore, all the column data lines go to input signals to the NOR circuit 6, and the signals except for the one from one selected column are fixed at 'LOW' levels, therefore, the inversion signals of a pair 4 of column data lines of the selected column are transmitted to a pair 5 of data lines, respectively, and the readout data can be transmitted finally to an output terminal 8 via a DOUT buffer 7. In such a way, since the transmission of the data can be performed without using the transfer gate transistor, the deterioration of a waveform to be transmitted can be eliminated, and a satisfactory readout operation can be performed.</p> |
