MULTI-LAYER POLYOLEFIN FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: To eliminate derived trouble by preventing the occurrence of the blocking phenomenon between films by providing a stretched propylene polymer layer on a polyolefin support and constituting a heat-sealable layer of an ethylene polymer containing an effective amt. of a spherical non-flocculating granular additive having a specific average particle size. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered film consists of a polyolefin support 1 and the heat-sealable polymer layer 3 provided on at least one surface 2 thereof and the support 1 contains a stretched propylene polymer layer. The heat-sealable layer 3 has density not exceeding 0.95 g/cm<3> at 23 deg.C and comprises an ethylene polymer containing an effective amt. of a substantially spherical non-flocculating granular additive having an average particle size not exceeding 5.0μm. By this constitution, the produced film can show excellent blocking resistance and abrasion destructed refuse accumulation resistance when used in a high speed film handling apparatus.
