<p>PURPOSE:To automatically remove a core despite a tapered slope by providing such constitution as selecting draw out conveying action, in the case of the work surface of the core formed in a tapered slope spread upward, and selecting keep conveying action in the case of the tapered slope spread downward. CONSTITUTION:An automatic core removing device 6, which is possible to perform pull out conveying action for conveying a core 20 from a workpiece 19 to a core removal position and keep conveying action for conveying the core 20, while maintaining it in the pulled out position, to the core removal position together with movement of the workpiece 19, is arranged on the upper part of the workpiece 19. In the case of the formed work surface of the core 20 formed in a tapered slope spread upward, the pull out conveying action is selected. Meanwhile, in the case of the work surface of the core formed in a tapered slope spread downward, the keep conveying action is selected, and the core 20 is keep-conveyed, moved to the core removal position and dropped down by releasing holding of the core 20 at that position.</p> |
