<p>PURPOSE:To keep uniformity of punched products as well as to improve efficiency by advancing an underlay mat forward as crossed with a packaging material, and shifting the position of punched marks on the underlay mat. CONSTITUTION:A material sheet is perforated by a Thomson trimming die 2 and intermittently or continuously moved, thus cut operation is repeatedly carried out. At this time, a crossing mat 3 laid down as crossed with the underside of the material sheet 1 at a lower part of the trimming die is moved in succession and it comes to such a position as different in punched marks 31 at all times. In this connection, as for a suchlike one as not fully opened like half-cut and perforation and moved together with the material sheet 1, it is desirable that the crossing mat 3 uses a nonadhesive woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, film or the like as materials in order to facilitate its separation from the material sheet 1 after the cut process.</p> |
