PURPOSE:To diffuse fragrance surely and produce comfortable living environment by setting a heat radiating body which radiates heat at driving time in the periphery of a storage room in which a material impregnated with a fragrant substance is stored and which is communicated with the air sending side of a fan motor. CONSTITUTION:A dust collecting body 10 and a fan motor 6 is built in an outer case 1 having an air sucking inlet 11 and an air discharging outlet 12. While connected with the air sending side of the fan motor 6, a storage room 14 of a fragrant substance-impregnated material 15 having a cover which is able to be opened and closed freely is formed near the air discharging outlet 12 in a part caved in the outer case 1. A heat generating body 21 to generate heat at driving time is installed in the periphery of the storage room 14. As a result, fragrance is diffused surely and comfortable living environment can be produced.
