PURPOSE: To efficiently recover filter media consisting of diatomite for brewery by allowing org. components in a filtration residue to safety arrive at a high- temp. process chamber, safety combusting this component and avoiding the transpiration of the org. components in the filtration residue within a flow drying device. CONSTITUTION: The high-temp. process chamber 7 having a vertical type reaction chamber 10, a processing gas introducing vortex generator 11 and a drying fluid introducing pipe 12 is constituted as a vortex reactor. A processing gaseous stream generator 13 is provided with a combustion chamber 14, a fuel feeder 15, a compressed air feeder 16 and an outdoor air feeder 17. Further, a rapid cooler 19 and a cooler 19 are connected to a high-temp. gas cyclone device 8 subjected to refractory ceramic coating 18. A feeding conduit system 20 is provided with an injected water cooler 22 acting cooperatively with an adjuster 21 in such a manner that the temp. of the dry gaseous stream may be adjusted to a relatively low introducing temp. in order to prevent the transpiration of the components incorporated and carried into the filtration residue in a flow drier 3. |
