LINING MATERIAL FOR DUCT LINE

PURPOSE:To prevent elongation of cylindrical nonwoven fabric from being enlarged by deterioration of strength, to prevent deterioration of resistance to compressibility and to enhance the impregnating ability of an adhesive by superposing nonwoven fabric mainly made of filament having prescribed fineness on the seat material and performing needle punching and utilizing the strengthened nonwoven fabric wherein the seat material and the nonwoven fabric are integrally joined. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical lining material 1 whose inner face is coated with an adhesive is inserted into a duct line while turning the lining material 1 over by pressure-fluid. When the adhesive is cured while this lining material 1 is contact-bonded to the inner face of the duct line, the lining material 1 is constituted of the cylindrical airtight material 2 and a cylindrical adhesive holding material 3 inserted into the inside thereof. The adhesive holding material 3 is prepared so as to become strengthened nonwoven fabric 8 having 0.14-0.21g/cm<3> bulk density by superposing nonwoven fabric 7 mainly made of synthetic fiber of 6-8d on the seat material 6 wherein the yarnlike material 9 is coarsely arranged in a lattice shape and performing needle punching and integrally joining the seat material 6 to the nonwoven fabric 7. Thereby the lining material sufficiently holds the adhesive and does not excessively squeezed out at a time of lining.
