PURPOSE:To obtain the title polyelectrolyte with high ionic conductance, containing ionic salt, excellent in mechanical strength by reaction of a dimethacrylic ester, etc., of a copolymer having a specified molecular weight and obtained from ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of (A) a dimethacrylic ester and/or diacrylic ester of a copolymer (pref. random and/or block copolymer) pref. <=30mol% in propylene oxide content and 2000-30000 (pref. 2000-5000) in molecular weight, prepared by copolymerization between ethylene oxide and propylene oxide and (B) an ionic salt solution (e.g. propylene carbonate solution of LiClO4) is made to react by e.g. heating into a crosslinked network structure, thus obtaining the objective polyelectrolyte suitable for primary batteries, etc. |
