PURPOSE:To simplify a structure as well as to perform the increase or decrease of winding times of a wire so easily by winding the wire on each grooved roller from an inlet roller via a guide roller, and shifting this guide roller in succession along the grooved roller together with a turning shaft by a wire guide mechanism. CONSTITUTION:One end of a wire S being wound on grooved rollers 11-13, namely, the wire S at the side to increase or decrease the winding number is guided to these grooved rollers 11-13 from a wire inlet roller 34 via a guide roller 40. Next, a wire guide mechanism 32 is rotated together with a turning shaft 31, and the wire guide roller 40 is shifted along each groove pitch of these grooved rollers 11-13 after being synchronized with this rotation. With this constitution, the wire S can be wound on each of these grooved rollers 11-13 or rewound. |
