PURPOSE:To obtain magnetic granules having the good capturing efficiency of pulverous magnetic particles by forming the granules in such a manner that the soft magnetic powder having 5-500mum average grain size sticks via the binder on the surface to form the spherical or pseudo spherical granules having 50mum-20nm average grain size. CONSTITUTION:The powder consisting of a soft magnetic material and having 5-200mum average grain size sticks to each other via the binder on the surface to form the spherical or pseudo spherical granular magnetic medium having 50mum-20nm average grain size. Pure iron powder, soft steel powder, soft ferrite powder or amorphous magnetic alloy, etc., are used as the magnetic material powder. A PVA, cellulose, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, etc., are used as the binder. The magnetic granules by the above-mentioned constitution are formed to the state having much ruggedness on the surface and therefore, the nonuniform magnetic fields effective for capturing the pulverous magnetic particles are effectively formed. |
