PURPOSE:To reduce the degradation of piezoelectric by conducting a section between both electrodes used for the polarization treatment of the piezo-electric porcelain element by an external circuit and thermally treating the section between the both electrodes. CONSTITUTION:In working with the heating of the piezo-electric porcelain element 1 polarization-treated, the section between the both electrides 2 of the element 1 is conducted through a short circuit or a resistor by the external circuit 3, and thermally treated. Accordingly, the degradation of piezoelectric due to thermal treatment is largely decreased. |
