PART RECEIVING BODY

PURPOSE:To retain parts in a stable and uniform receiving attitude and permit part receiving bodies to be bent together with a cover tape when packaged in the form of a zigzag by a method wherein a plurality of packages having a recess part for receiving a part therein are provided, the adjacent packages are made movable rotatably on pivot parts by the interengagement of their projection pats and the packages are connected together in a line. CONSTITUTION:A package 1 is a molding having a large wall thickness and a recess part 2 for receiving a part therein and feed holes 3 spaced at a predetermined pitch P. Each package 1 is provided with engaging projection parts 4a and 4b to permit a pivotal engagement between the adjacent packages 1. The engaging projection part 4a mates with the engaging projection part 4b to connect the adjacent packages 1 together at the predetermined pitch so as to form a part receiving body 6 and the recess part 2 of the package 1 is covered with a cover tape 5. When the engaging projections 4a and 4b are engaged with each other, the package 1 is rotatably movable on pivot parts 7.
