PURPOSE:To improve a comfortable feeling and an energy saving by a method wherein a changing-over of a ventilation device is controlled in response to a monitoring information at an air conditioner and some detected temperature sensed by an indoor temperature sensor and an outdoor temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:A cooling operation signal, a heating operation signal and a set temperature signal at an air conditioner are inputted from a monitoring circuit 10 to a controller 8. Each of sensed temperature signals from each of sensors 6 and 7 is inputted to the controller 8. A signal is output to an actuator driving circuit 82 in response to each of the detected temperature signals, a cooling operation signal, a heating operation signal and a set temperature signal or the like, thereby a changing-over damper is automatically controlled for its opening or closing through a changing-over motor 52, and a normal ventilation and a heat exchanging ventilation are selectively carried out. Accordingly, an operating information got from the air conditioner 9 is adjusted and then a changing-over operation of the changing-over means 5 can be carried out more accurately and positively. With such an arrangement, a comfortable feeling and an energy saving are improved. |
