<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deformation like loosened state even if the fastened part around a vessel is exposed in a high temperature, by increasing the crystalline degree with heat at the fastened part around the plastic vessel of the inside made of polyethylene terephthalate mixed with a crystalline nucleus agent. CONSTITUTION:A plastic vessel 4 formed by polyethylene terephtalate mixed with a crystalline nucleus agent is inserted inside a paper vessel 1. The flanges 7 are superposed to wind inward of the brim 6 of the paper vessel 1 to fasten it and to form a double layer vessel 8 by jointing the two as a unit, forming a fastened part 6 around the vessel. The fastened part 6 around the vessel is heated and pressurized for fastening at about 200 deg.C for several ten min. by use of a heating tool 13. In this way, respective crystalline degrees of flange and the shell and bottom are made 10-20% and 15-30% and further, that of the fastened part around the plastic vessel is made 20-50% as well.</p> |
