PURPOSE: To easily make a pack with high productivity by a process in which an outer casing is folded down flat when put in an intermediate folded-down state, from this state put together into a stereoscopic form, and from this form the work is bent and folded finally. CONSTITUTION: The blank 31 of an outer casing is composed of surfaces forming a front wall 32, a rear wall 33 oppositely facing it, and a bottom wall 34 surrounded by them. A ceiling tab 36 is attached to the rear wall 33 to form an end surface wall 35 and adhesively by using an adhesive or the like to a connecting flap 37 formed on a free-end part of the front wall 32. These walls and tabs are bent or folded and formed into an intermediate folded tubular structure. A hollow body of the outer casing 18, thus partially bent, is crushed flat along folding lines in the way that the front wall 32 and the rear wall 33 come into contact with each other. When a pack is made, the crushed body is reshaped and brought to a finally bent state. Next on the longer edge sides of the front wall 32 and rear wall 33 side tabs 39, 60 provided in the same plane surfaces as the respective walls are bent and superposed one on the other in such a manner as to form a virtually closed side wall 30.
