<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit by detecting the phase shifts of two data through the check of an input permitting signal and an output permitting signal of a first-in first-out(FIFO). CONSTITUTION:The data of a terminal equipment side is inputted to a FIFO 1 via a 1st latch 3c and outputted to a 1st transmission line 21 via a 2nd latch 3a in matching with the speed of a 1st transmission line 21. Then a phase detection circuit 15 decides that a delay takes place once when the input permitting signal 16 of the FIFO 1 is inhibited, the information of 'insertion' and the data from the FIFO 1 are outputted to a 2nd transmission line 22 and when the output permitting signal 17 of the FIFO 1 is inhibited, it is discriminated that a delay takes place once and the information of 'delete' is outputted to the 2nd transmission line 22 and the extraction of the data from the FIFO 1 is avoided in the succeeding timing of the 1st transmission line 21. Thus, even when the phase lead/leg is rapidly changed, the stability is improved and the circuit is simplified.</p> |
