PURPOSE:To make it possible to drive a transfer corotron with a constant current without hindrance, to sufficiently restore a photosensitive sheet and to improve image quality by providing a switching and control means for switching the set value of the current supplied from a constant-current source so that it may be a nearly constant impressed voltage regardless of the size of a paper to be transferred. CONSTITUTION:The 1st set value of the constant-current source 100 is made such a current value that becomes the impressed voltage with which the photosensitive sheet is sufficiently restored, and the 2nd set value is made such a current value that becomes the specified impressed voltage in the case of processing the paper of A3 size at the time of transferring. Then, the set value is made such a current value that becomes the nearly constant impressed voltage every paper size, and the n-th set value is for a minimum size. The value is set such a current value that becomes the specified impressed voltage in the case of processing a postcard, and a switch 101 is properly switched by the switching and control means 102 in accordance with cycle information 103 and paper size information 104. Thus, the transfer corotron 67 is driven with the constant current without hindrance and the deterioration of a photosensitive means caused by flash fixing is sufficiently restored, then the image quality is improved. |
