PURPOSE:To attain restart with the system constitution of an operation system and a standby system when power is turned off by providing a holding means holding line switching information on the sub-systems of a operation system and a standby system when the power of the system is turned off. CONSTITUTION:The lines of the sub-systems 5-a, 5-b, 5-d and 5-e in the operation system and the sub-systems 5-c and 5-f in the standby system are switched by supplying a line switching instruction signal from a system monitoring device 1 to a line switching device 3 and switching the connection state of the relay switches 8a-1 to 8e-2 of latching relays 7-a to 7-e. Then, the switching state of the lines is held in the latching relays 7-a to 7-e. Consequently, respective control means of the sub-systems 5-a to 5-f can judge whether self sub-systems 5-a to 5-f start as the operation systems or as the standby systems by checking whether switching state signal lines 10-a to 10-f are significant or not. |
