A sawing gauge system to be used in case of intertrochantery accommodation osteotomies includes a first sawing gauge having an underside curved like a hollow cylinder for a face-to-face engagement with the bone surface of the femur shaft and a sawing opening oriented vertical to the axis of the femur shaft; and a second sawing gauge having an underside being curved like a hollow cylinder for a face-to-face engagement with the bone surface of the femur shaft and a sawing opening inclined towards the sawing opening in the first sawing gauge by an angle of 6 DEG if the axes of the undersides of the first and second sawing gauges coincide.
