Connectors are applied in construction and repair of transportation vehicles, in particular, of a fork joint of forklifts. The outgoing elastomeric composition, according to the method, has excluded water, the organic solvent and the asbestos and in this way the drying operation is contracted and saves thermal power for its implementation. Under the method, the elastomeric composition containing in mass part.: 100 natural, polyisoprenic, polychloroprenic rubber or their combinations, from 7 to 8 sulphur-containing volcanization-accelerating group, from 40 to 80 active filler, from 2 to 3 softeners and dispergators and from 1.5 to 3 counter-ageing agents, produce sheets, which are cut into pieces. Additionally, metallic elements - bushes and discs - are cleaned mechanically and chemically, then are glued and placed in nests of a press. The raw elastomeric pieces are located among the metallic elements in several layers, while the same may be implemented via injection. The presses are closed and then vulcanized. Then follows the self-cooling, circumcized, collected in a wagon and buttoned with a banding tape.
