METHOD FOR PREPARING ANTIBACTERIAL ANTIBIOTIC

The derived antibiotic is a drug effective both with treatment of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria by not suppressing the development of yeast. The method allows the cultivation of a strain Streptomyces spectabilis, registered in NBICC under No. 1503, on a traditional nutrition medium and isolation of the end product from the fresh mycelium through extraction of methanol, concentration under vacuum and sedimentation with acetone.
