The catalyst is applied in petroleum-chemical production mainly for derivation of benzol. It has a higher than the used to date catalysts activity and selectivity. It contains the following components in weight %: 0.1 to 2.0 metal of the platinum, palladium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium group; 0.03 to 5.0 metal from the lithium, sodium, Potassium, Caesium, Beryllium, Magnesium, Strontium, Barium, Uranium group; 0.05 to 2.0 metal of the group of copper, silver and gold; 0.05 to 2.0 rhenium and up to 100 of aluminium oxide.
