Horizontal turn controller. A horizontal turn controller, with numerous applications facilitating the application of a turning movement to an object supported by and fastened to the controller. It comprises a controller based on two superimposed concentric disks linked on the basis of at least one circular channel in each in which rolling members are located. The outer surface of the upper disk is provided with pierced lugs in which bars projecting beyond the plane of the controller are housed, on the ends of which various objects which are capable of rotating easily on the controller can be placed. <IMAGE>
