The modulator is applied in experimental physics. It enhances the stability of the depth of phasic modulation at variation of temperature and/or feeding voltages. It is build of consecutively placed polarizer (1) and optically connected in the plane of falling under equal but differing polar angles two electro-optical systems (2 and 2'), whose electrodes are connected electrically and individually with the outlets of two end amplifiers (3 and 3'). The inlet of the first amplifier (3) is connected with the outlet of a manageable generator of modulational signals (4), while the inlet of the other amplifier (3') is connected with the same generator (4) through an electric dephaser (5). In the two electro-optical systems (2 and 2'), there is a parallel support optical channel, whose plug is connected through the polarizer (1) with a support optical source (6) with an expressed spectral maximum. The outlet of the supporting optical channel is connected through consecutively situated disperging system (7) and an optical aperture (8), located in the plane of spectral decomposition to the photo-electric receiver (9). The two inlets of the manageable generator (4) are connected with the outlets for management of frequency and amplitude a two-channel phasic measuring device (10), whose support plug is connected with the outlet of the navigable generator (4). The measuring inlet of the phasic measuring device (10) is connected with the outlet of the photo-electronic receiver (9) through a peak detector (11).
