The fermenter is applied in biotechnology, chemical and food processing industry. It has a simplified construction and allows the regulation of the speed of the mixer depending on the thickness and without damaging the material. It can treat both light and heavy components at an improved aeration. The fermenter consists of a horizontal glass cylinder (1), closed by a left (2) and a right (3) flange, to which is attached the placed along the axis of the horizontal cylinder (1) radial mixer (6), whose blades are perforated and are designed in the form of a semiarch. Between the blades and the wall of the horizontal cylinder (1), there is a distance of about half the diameter of the cylinder (1). The bottom part of the horizontal cylinder (1) along its entire length, between the blades and the wall a perforated tube (7) is attached, which apart from the cylinder (1) is connected with a source of air.
