METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF WORN OUT DETAILS

The method is used for recovery of worn-out pieces active in abrasive media, which find application in machinery construction, construction and chemical industry. It ensures higher solidity and resistance to wear-out of the working surface of the piece. The worn-out piece is welded with a wear-resistant material, it is optionally cooled and subject to mechanical treatment. Before tempering, the welded layer is additionally carbonated and boronated and borated. The boronation is carried out with a mixture consisting of boroncarbide 88-90%, titan 5-10% and sodium fluoride 2-5%. The mixture ensures the derivation of phase FeB with a solved in it titan, which has high rigidity.
