The principal aim of this invention is to solve the problems of making the temperature inside cooking chambers uniform and of reduction of the movable components inside the actual oven, which makes it possible to obtain, on the one hand, a reduction in the area occupied by the oven with a simultaneous increase in the cooking capacity and, on the other hand, greater reliability and easier maintenance of the oven. The temperature in the cooking chamber(s) is made more uniform either by means of the control, via regulator valves, of the hot air injected into the cooking chamber, or by the cyclical reversal of the circulation of hot air inside the cooking chamber(s) achieved by the action of two or more fans operating alternately in a preestablished sequence, depending on the products to be cooked, thereby making it possible cyclically to alter the circulation of hot air inside the cooking chamber.
