Device combining possibilities of clearing/cleaning wells of deposits and incrustations by lowering tool (1) while rotating it and circulating slurry (6), with high pressure jetting possibilities. The device comprises a tool holder (2) connected to the drill collars (7) at the top and to the tool (1) at the bottom, with calibrated openings (5) made blind by a sliding sleeve (4) while lowering the string. On completion of mechanical clearing, a plug (8) inside the string forms a seal with sleeve (4) and moves the latter downwards to uncover openings (5) so that the jetting operation may commence.
