1-Substd. 2,5,6,6-tetramethyl-2- cyclohexenes of formula (I) and 1-substd. 2-methylene-5,6,6- trimethylcyclohexanes of formula (II) are new. R = a gp. of formulae R1-R3. USE - (I) and (II) are useful as fragrances and flavours, e.g. with iris-like aromas and floral and/or fruity flavours. They may be used in perfumes, cosmetics, detergents, fabric softeners, air fresheners, foods, drinks, pharmaceuticals, etc. |
