发明名称 DETECTING METHOD FOR ABNORMAL OVERHEAT OF ELECTRIC DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent in advance an accident by collecting fine particles contained in gas in an electric device, spectrally analyzing the particles and identifying organic insulator produced by the abnormal overheat, thereby early and readily detecting the overheat. CONSTITUTION:Gas sealed in a electric device 1 is exhausted from a high pressure side pipe 2, is passed through a filter collector 7 and a detecting monitor 4 which operates by a gas chromatographic method or the like, and is returned from a low pressure side pipe 3 again into the device 1. Then, fine particles collected to a filter 9 are extracted directly or via a solvent in accordance with an alarm signal from the monitor 4, and are spectrally analyzed by a fluorescent spectrophotometer. Since the exciting spectrum of fluorescent spectrum obtained in this case are different depending upon the type of the particles, it can identify the abnormal overheat where it produces.
