The invention relates to a device for fastening perforated elements, especially for files of perforated sheets. This device includes a piece (3) supporting rings (1), which are obtained from two semi-flexible wire-like lower elements (5) on each of which is slidingly mounted an upper tube (7) of complementary cross-section, the two semi-flexible elements and associated upper tubes being capable of being joined in opposition via their upper end into the form of a ring or the equivalent, being held by their base on the support piece with adjustable separation, variable along the sliding length of the upper tubes (7) on the semi-flexible lower elements (5) and dependent upon the variable dimension desired for the rings. <IMAGE>
