The adhesive tape 2' is set by four or more pins 27 at the minimum provided on the jig plate 26 correspondingly to the perforated holes, the carrier tape 1, 1' for the joined film and the adhesive tape 2 are set successively, and these tapes are integrated by heat and pressure of the heated pressing plate 25 having protrusions and the heated jig plate 26. |
