<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the positioning of guide rail corresponding to a width change in a lead frame by changing the lift of a cam in the cross direction of the lead frame with external operation, and shifting the guide rail in the cross direction with a follow-up member in contact with a cam surface. CONSTITUTION:When dimensions of a lead frame in width is changed, a lock screw 22 is loosed and guide rails 4a, 4b are made free to move. Then a ball plunger 19 is loosed, a camshaft 12 is moved up and down by a knob 21 and the plunger 19 is clamped at a 1/2psotopm where a bearing 18 at the lower end of the guide rails 4a, 4b is conformed to a desired one amonmultistage disk cams 14-16. In addition, a tension spring 23 comes into contact with one of these cams 14-16 under pressure through the bearing 18. Then, the lock screw 22 is clamped, and the guide rails 4a, 4b are locked in response to the width the lead frame 9. Consequently, width adjustments for these guide rails 4a, 4b can be done easily and accurately.</p> |
