LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND PRODUCTION FOR THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE:To decrease a leaked electric field from a source signal line and a gate scanning line by providing a common electrode to form auxiliary capacity through an insulating layer on a source electrode to supply signals and a gate scanning electrode to select a thin film transistor. CONSTITUTION:Since a source signal line 4 and a gate scanning line 2 are covered with a common electrode 6 through an insulating layer 3, the leaked electric field from a wiring electrode is reduced. Further, when the common electrode 6 forming the auxiliary capacity and a part overlapped with the common electrode 6 are transparent electrodes, the aparture of a display picture element electrode 13 can be enlarged. Thus, since the leaked electric field from the source signal line 4 and the gate scanning line 2 is decreased on a picture element surface, the voltage and luminance characteristics of liquid crystal are made uniform in the picture element.
