Belt conveyor is designed to handle dough which is being leavened. Conveyor has belt which is made of stretch-resistant synthetic material or of coated fabric which is suitable for food. Belt passes over the drive roller and discharge roller. There is guide roller parallel to discharge roller. Conveyor is fixed to a portable frame. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used in bakeries. Material of belt prevents the growth of mould which is found on linen conveyors. Guide roller removes loose dough.
